I simply love, both that I can measure and limit network traffic. A small con is that the very useful help menu, that pops up at first start, never does that again, and I could not find it once more. If it is in there somewhere, then it should be way more in front, like in that web panel, which You see in the body of the program.

Actually, all I needed was a software for monitoring how much of my bandwidth limited has been used so far. This software delivered that and more. It has cool graphics and statistic data, all packed in a friendly interface. I strongly recommend this product.

This is an interesting application and works as indicated. However, I was looking for something that gave me control over the Bass/Treble settings and this application doesn\'t seem to provide this functionality.

Excellent overview With this program I can easily see all the processes running and how they use my internet connection.I've also the possibility to control my uploads when I use a peer-to-peer program. Otherwise I cannot surf on internet as all my brandwith is used.This is for this functionnality that this program has be recommended to me.Thanks then. Because it works well.

Stick to your budget, stay within limits I was looking for a tool that helped me control Internet traffic, since my ISP allows only 1 GB of free traffic per month. NetLimiter did so much more than I expected! It not only monitors - both traffic volume and contents - but actually limits Internet traffic, thus helping me keep within budget... Efficient internet time management aid This is the second time manager I've tried on my computers and it's a lot better than Time Boss. KidsWatch is relatively easy to use and it seems to be reliable. Too much Although the program looks impressive, it turned out to do much more than I needed. What I needed was a way to limit the amount of time my children and wife spend on the Internet per month, as I get a fixed number of hours a month free. I have split this amongst all the family members. KidsWatch was not a suitable solution because:a) It does not allow me to specify the limit per month, only per day or week.b) It us somewhat diffcult to use and set up for something this simple.

Does not differentiate network usage The application is almost everything I need in a usage / monitoring tool. However, the main problem is that it cannot differentiate between internet related activities (i.e. browsing, chat, ftp, etc.) and intranet related activities (i.e. network file sharing, network printing, etc.). There are also services associated with applications such as Antivirus and email that poll internet servers for updates. These activities also need to be excluded from internet usage since they are computer generated not user generated. I cannot use a product that counts the time the computer is connected to the intranet.

outstanding i reccomened this to others beacause it is somthing to a family or business computer
